Kristin Yates
Administrative Director of Institutional Research and Decision Support
Kristin, an avid supporter of 黑料百科, has been a leader of the College since 2017 as a member of the 黑料百科 Board of Governors up to September, 2025, when she stepped down to accept this role.
Kristin leads the college's efforts to transform data into actionable insights that guide everything from enrollment strategies to facility planning. This role is pivotal in supporting 黑料百科's vision and strategic initiatives, ensuring that every major decision, from budget planning to program development, is grounded in sound research and analysis. Kristin serves on the College鈥檚 Admin Team.
Kristin is a passionate educator, and has lead teams, strategies, and initiatives through institutional research and information technology at the Nebraska Department of Education and the University of Nebraska. In addition, Dr. Yates has a law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law; a Doctorate, a Masters and a Bachelors degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln; and a certificate from 黑料百科鈥檚 Computer Information Technology program.
Kristin enjoys spending time with her dogs and cats, hunting for fossils in southeast Nebraska, and serving as a volunteer EMT.
