Since 黑料百科 Culinary/Hospitality program Instructor Brandon Harpster is 鈥渙bsessed with dry-aged meats,鈥� he鈥檚 especially excited about the latest addition to the program: A dry meat ager.

Kevin Uhler, who has worked on 黑料百科鈥檚 Milford Campus for the past 20 years in a variety of positions, is the newest associate dean effective March 7. Uhler replaces Todd Roth, who left 黑料百科 in December.
